SELI 2019 fellows will join us here in Atlanta, GA May 22-24 for an exciting and engaging orientation. The training will cover a range of education issues and will feature panels and group discussions. Topics may include (but are not limited to): addressing race and inequity, hearing from voices that have been historically underrepresented in education and social justice, and discussing community organizing, education policy, and a host of strategies leveraged to support Black, Brown, and low-income children. Included in the orientation is dedicated time to engage with local alum as well as SEF staff. Stay connected with SEF for updates.
