The Role of Minority-Serving Institutions in Developmental Education

2011 - The report reviews national data on enrollment in developmental education courses, describes the current state policy environment related to developmental education and documents effective and promising practices related to developmental education, especially for institutions serving high concentrations of minority students.  As an outgrowth of this report, the MSI Consortium of Innovation and Change was developed to test out effective practices in developmental education.
