Session Description:

How do we educate the new diverse majority in the Trump Era? Given what we know about the history of efforts to reform education for Black and Brown children, including community-based efforts, how should we be thinking about the next steps to developing more effective policy and practice? How do we raise healthy Black and Brown children in a climate of increasingly open racial hostility and shrinking resources?
