Fernando Parra Chong

Arkansas Public Policy Panel

Fernando Chong is a rising senior at Goucher College in Baltimore, Maryland where he studies International Relations and Spanish. He will work in Little Rock, Arkansas this summer with the community organizing group, Arkansas Public Policy Panel, and focus on building community engagement in education policy change efforts statewide. Prior to SELI, Chong was an intern with CASA Maryland, an Anti-Defamation League delegate, and is active in immigration reform efforts in his community.
